1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nulang.org and Nulang Cloud (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services Description

Nulang.org provides documentation, educational content, and community resources for the Nulang programming language.

Nulang Cloud provides a hosted runtime platform for executing Nulang programs, including actor hosting, workflow orchestration, and AI agent compute.

3. Open Source Software

The Nulang compiler, runtime, and standard library are open source software licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of the open source software is governed by that license, not these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the code and applications you deploy to Nulang Cloud.
You must not use the Services for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, or cryptocurrency mining.
You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits or access other users’ data.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the code and data you upload to Nulang Cloud. By using the Services, you grant Nulang a limited license to host and execute your code solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NULANG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NULANG BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
